Kim Washington
Administrative Assistant

Bermudian-born Kim Washington has worked with Canterbury Law Limited as an Administrative Assistant since the firm was founded in 2012. She brings with her 35 years of professional experience in an administrative capacity providing support and assistance to managerial staff.

Kim graduated from Stratford High School in Connecticut and lived and worked in the U.S. in her early years.  She has obtained certificates in Business Administration. She has gained in-depth experience in data management, event management, customer service and scheduling meetings, and has a comprehensive working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Kim has a bright and cheerful attitude towards her work and life in general. She is dedicated to her Ministry and enjoys assisting the staff on special projects. She has a high regard for family life. Kim is also very athletic and often relays remedies to having a happy and healthy life.

 

 

Chelsea Cooke
Executive Assistant

Chelsea Cooke serves as an Executive Assistant at Canterbury Law to Director, Juliana Snelling, bringing a unique blend of Bermudian heritage and UK upbringing to her role. Following her attainment of A Levels, and STCW Course Certification, Chelsea acquired eight years of experience in sales and administration, both locally and internationally. She returned to Bermuda in 2010, before eventually joining Canterbury Law in 2021. With a passion for helping others coupled with her infectious positivity, Chelsea enters her second year at Canterbury in her promoted role as Executive Assistant. Beyond her professional commitments, Chelsea finds solace in outdoor pursuits, family bonding, artistic endeavors, and tennis.

 

 

 

 

 

Anita Parry
Executive Assistant

Anita completed a 2-year Executive Secretarial qualification with A levels in Liverpool.   She then worked
for the County Solicitor and Secretary of Merseyside County Council before moving to Bermuda in 1980
to work for Conyers.  She returned to Liverpool to do a Degree in Languages in 1985 and then taught
French and Spanish and English as a Foreign Language to all levels in Canada, Peru and New Zealand.
After retiring from teaching, she took up a position at Validus as an Executive Assistant to the General
Counsel and then transitioned into a Corporate Administrator role supporting the Assistant Vice-
President of Group Administration with preparation for Board and Committee meetings. Her current
role as an Executive Assistant is now supporting Director, Paul Harshaw.   In her spare time, she plays
tennis and swims.
